To use this Web App, please have the following at hand:

  • Your Web ID and Password
  • Your Measurements Form
  • Your Show's Plot
NOTE: Your Measurements and Character/Costume Assignments MUST be Certified to fulfill your order.
How to Size Video

Minimum System and Browser Requirements:

  • Operating System
    • Windows Vista or newer
    • Mac OS X
  • Browser
    • Google Chrome 32
    • Safari 6
    • Firefox 26
    • Internet Explorer 8
    • Microsoft Edge
If you have not created an Order or The Costumer has not started an Order you will be prompted to Create an Order upon logging in.

To Create an Order:

  • Click on the show you are doing.
    You must see your show's title in Yellow above the date fields.

  • Enter the requested dates using the calender widget that appears when you click into a date field.

  • Click on the Create Order Button. This will save your Order and you be able to enter your Actors.

NOTE: Only Add Actors using rented costumes from The Costumer

To Add an Actor:

  • 1. Click on the Add Actor button

  • 2. Enter the actor's name and sizing info

  • 3. Click On the Save Actor button. The actor is now added.

Once your Actor's have been added you can assign their character roles. Characters are defined by their Character Name/Act/Scene

To Create an Assignment

  • 1. Click the Create Assignment Button

  • 2. Click on the Actor

  • 3. Click on the Character. Pay attention to the Act/Scene

  • 4. Enter any special instructions.

  • 5. Click the Save Assignment Button

  • Note: The Hide Assignment button will not save any changes
Get Your Measurements and Character/Costume Assignments Review documents here.

To receive a PDF to review your measurements entry and your Character/Costume Assgniments, Click on the appropriate Get PDF button.

If everything is OK, Click on the Certification Tab to complete your Rental Order.

Your Measurements and Character/Costume Assignments MUST be Certified to fulfill you order.

It is your responisbility to Review your Measurements and Assignments for accuracy before you certify.

If everything is OK, Click on the appropriate Certify Button

NOTE: Once the measurements have been certified, you will no longer be able make make changes to an actor via the Web. Call The Costumer to request changes 518-374-7442
